1.5T磁共振颅脑MRA成像在脑血管疾病中的应用价值

摘要

目的：探讨1.5T磁共振颅脑MRA成像在脑血管疾病中的应用价值。方法：采用GE1.5T超导型磁共振机对546例脑血管疾病患者进行MRA检查。结果：血管正常147例，脑动脉硬化259例，脑动脉栓塞106例，脑动脉瘤21例，脑动静脉血管畸形13例。结论：1.5T磁共振颅脑MRA成像是一种简便且无创伤性的检查手段，能够为临床中脑血管疾病提供可靠的诊断。%Objective:To study the application value of 1.5T magnetic resonance imaging in cerebrovascular disease MRA craniocerebral.Method:GE 1.5T superconducting type magnetic resonance machine in 546 cases of patients with cerebrovascular disease MRA inspection.Result:147 cases of normal blood vessels,259 patients with cerebral arteriosclerosis,cerebral artery embolization,106 cases of cerebral aneurysms,21 cases of cerebral arteriovenous vascular malformation 13 cases.Conclusion:1.5T magnetic resonance imaging craniocerebral MRA is a kind of simple and no traumatic examination means,to provide reliable clinical cerebrovascular disease diagnosis.
