丹参制剂在某医院应用的横断面分析

摘要

Objective:To analyze the application,dosage form drug in the treatment of ischemic heart,cerebrovascular disease,provide guidance for the rational use of drugs.Method:Extracted from a certain PASS hospital pharmacy management system from December 2013 to December 2014,the dosage form drug application data,and the sum of money to various formulations using frequency and were analyzed.Result:A hospital oral dosage forms used more frequently than injection dosage forms,outpatient compound danshen dropping pill and the effect to use more,hospitalized patients of oral and injection drug use frequency was quite,with injection with salvia miltiorrhiza producing primarily.Oral dosage forms limit cost was much lower than injection.Conclusion:According to the clinic and hospital patients need a hospital physicians and drug price reasonable choice appropriate dosage forms.%目的：分析各剂型药物应用情况，为治疗缺血性心、脑血管疾病的合理用药提供指导。方法：从某医院药学管理PASS系统中提取2013年12月-2014年12月各剂型药物的应用数据，并对各剂型使用频度和用药金额等进行分析。结果：某院门诊口服剂型使用频度多于注射剂型，其中复方丹参滴丸和丹参片使用较多，住院患者口服和注射剂型使用频度相当，注射以丹参冻干粉为主，口服以复方丹参滴丸为主；口服剂型限定日费用远远低于注射剂。结论：某医院医师按照门诊和住院患者病情需要和药品性价比合理选用合适的剂型。
