Objective:To study related issues about the old scar uterus maternal labor and pain after delivery,combining with clinical data, summarize the countermeasures and measures about improve old scar uterus maternal and infant health delivery safety.Method:80 cases of older scar uterus maternal were randomly selected as the research object in the hospital from March 2008 to December 2014,54 cases in the were taken the conventional nursing,26 cases in the control group were adopted comprehensive nursing intervention,using retrospective analysis method,comparative observations were made on maternal labor and childbirth pain index,and summarized the effective measures of comprehensive nursing intervention methods according to the description,and improved nursing service quality and level.Result:Among 80 cases of women,the average labor was (13.42±1.46) min,that of control group was (18.29±2.67) min,there was statistically significant(P<0.05).6 cases pain occurs after childbirth,pain in childbirth rate was 11.11%,that was significantly lower than control group in 9 cases,34.62%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:there are differences between older scar uterus maternal and normal maternal about the pain after childbirth pain and labor,and there is a certain difficulty of nursing,antenatal,there is a certain difficulty of nursing ,antenatal,after giving birth to adopt comprehensive nursing intervention can inhibit,weaken the labor pain.%目的：研究高龄瘢痕子宫产妇的产程和分娩后疼痛相关问题，结合临床资料，总结提高高龄瘢痕子宫产妇、婴儿分娩健康安全的对策和办法。方法：随机选择笔者所在医院2008年3月-2014年12月收治的80例高龄瘢痕子宫产妇为研究对象，观察组54例，采用常规护理，对照组26例，采用综合护理干预，使用回顾分析法，对比观察资料中产妇产程及分娩疼痛等指标，根据描述信息，总结有效的综合护理干预方法和措施，以提高护理服务的质量与水平。结果：80例产妇中，观察组平均产程(13.42±1.46)min，明显低于对照组(18.29±2.67)min，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，分娩后出现疼痛现象6例，分娩疼痛率为11.11%，明显低于对照组9例，34.62%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：高龄瘢痕子宫产妇与正常产妇产程、分娩后疼痛情况皆存在差异，有一定的护理难度，产妇产前、分娩后都需采用综合护理干预方可抑制、削弱分娩疼痛感。
