电极片致皮肤损伤的护理

摘要

Objective:The nursing care methods of the electrode slice near the central venous indwelling catheter caused skin damage. Method:98 patients with the central venous catheter in the intensive care unit of our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The intensive nursing group every 2 days changed the electrode slice ( 48 cases) and every 3 days of the conventional nursing group changde the electrode slice(50 cases).Skin damage were compared betwwen the two groups.Result:The intensive nursing group of every 2 days changed the electrode slice could reduce the skin damage than every 3 days of the conventional nursing group(χ²=5.687,P=0.031).The intensive nursing group was better than the conventional nursing group, there was statistically significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pasted electrodes on the skin near the central venous catheter replace parts,can significantly reduce skin damage.%目的：探讨中心静脉置管附近皮肤粘贴电极片致皮肤损伤的护理方法。方法：2012年1月-2014年12月笔者所在医院重症监护室(ICU)收治的98例行中心静脉置管的心电监护患者，采用中心静脉置管附近每2天更换电极片粘贴部位的强化护理组(n=48)和每3天更换电极片常规护理组(n=50)，比较两组发生皮肤损伤的发生情况。结果：每2天更换电极片粘贴部位的强化护理组皮肤损伤比常规护理组明显减少(χ²=5.687，P=0.031)。结论：中心静脉置管附近皮肤粘贴的电极片更换部位可明显减少皮肤损伤。
