社区妇科慢性盆腔炎中保健教育应用效果分析

摘要

目的：分析保健教育在社区妇科慢性盆腔炎中的应用效果。方法：选择2013年5月-2014年5月笔者所在社区接诊的162例慢性盆腔炎患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将患者分为观察组与对照组。对照组采取常规用药方案，未进行慢性盆腔炎健康指导；观察组患者在常规治疗用药的基础上，使用系统的慢性盆腔炎保健教育方案进行指导。在完成治疗后，发放调查问卷，收集两组患者治疗慢性盆腔炎的情况及最终疗效，且进行疗效对比。结果：通过调查问卷的数据对比，发现观察组患者更加了解慢性盆腔炎的相关知识，与对照组患者比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的治疗总有效为78例(96.27%)，对照组患者的治疗总有效为63例(77.78%)，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：在社区中推广慢性盆腔炎保健教育，可以使患者充分理解疾病的实际情况，提高自身保健意识，使治疗效果得到有效提升，在本社区中获得了良好的应用效果，适合进行推广应用。%Objective:To analyze the effect of health education on the gynecologic chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in the community.Method:162 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease patients from May 2013 to May 2014 in our community were chosen as the objects of study,and the patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group adopted conventional regimens for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,without any health guidance.While patients in the observation group were in the conventional treatment based on the use of drugs,with the guidance system of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease health education program.On completion of therapy,questionnaires were collected for the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of two groups of patients and the final effect,the curative effects of two groups were compared.Result:Compared with the data of the questionnaire,it was found that patients in the observation group were more knowledge of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,and patients in the control group for comparison,the patients in the two groups had obvious difference on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease knowledge(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 78 cases(96.27%),and the total effective rate in the control group was 63 cases(77.78%),there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:It’s the promotion of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease health education in community,the actual situation can enable patients to fully understand the disease,improve the self health care consciousness,and the therapeutic effect is effectively improved,and good application effect is achieved in this community,is suitable for popularization and application.
