中医院新毕业护士岗前培训方法及效果分析

     

摘要

Objective:To explore the pre-service training methods and their effects in new graduate nurse in traditional Chinese medicine hospital,for promoting them to adapt to their rolls quickly.Method:New graduate nurses in 2012-2013 were divided into two groups:the traditional group and the improved groups.Methods of PPT and live demonstrations were done with the traditional group.As for the improved groups,scenario simulation exercises,watching video and dialoguing form mode were used beside PPT and live demonstrations.The effects of two groups were compared.Result:Compared with the traditional group,the improved group were better in the first aid skills,basic nursing,traditional Chinese medicine nursing operation(P<0.05).At theoretical scores,the improved group was also better than the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Diversification and multi-channel pre-service training can significantly improve pratical skills and theoretical knowledge in the new graduate nurse and make them adapt to the hospital nursing work quickly,and it is worth of promoting.%目的:探讨新毕业护士岗前培训方法及效果,促进新毕业护士尽快适应中医院临床护理工作。方法:将2012-2013年新毕业护士分为传统组及改良组进行岗前培训。传统组采取PPT集中授课和现场示范操作的方法进行岗前培训,改良组增加了情景模拟演练、视频观看、制作对话形式的操作模板等方法,比较两组的效果。结果:与传统组比较,改良组急救技能、基础护理、中医护理操作方面均具有明显的优势,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。培训前后对比理论成绩,改良组优于传统组(P<0.05)。结论:多样化、多途径的岗前培训方法明显提高了新毕业护士基础理论知识和中西医操作技能,有利于新护士更好地适应中医院护理工作,值得推广。
