上前牙128颗非埋入式愈合即刻种植的临床观察

摘要

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of upper anterior tooth 128 with non-submerged healed immediate implantation.Method:76 patients needed immediate implantation on outpatient from June 2010 to December 2013 were selected,implanted implant of 128 to them and had follow-up observations of three months,six months,one year,three years to the postoperate implant retention and gum aesthetic.Result:76 cases of 128 implants were completed before December 2013 in the upper structure repair.Observation time most elderly half and three years,the shortest three months.3 cases that occurred the phenomenon of transparent shrink back after one year and 7 cases also occurred after three years.Implants saved at a rate of 100%.Conclusion:Upper anterior teeth of non-submerged healed immediate implantation can short the treatment time,and reduce the surgical pain and has a patient satisfaction,it has a very good recent clinical effect.%目的：观察上前牙非埋入式愈合即刻种植的临床效果。方法：选择2010年6月-2013年12月在笔者所在医院门诊需即刻种植牙患者76例，植入种植体128颗，并对术后3个月、6个月、1年、3年种植体存留率和牙龈的美学随访观察。结果：76例128颗植体均于2013年12月前完成上部结构修复。观查时间最长者3.5年，最短3个月，随访1、3年分别发现3、7例龈缘退缩。种植体累计存留率为100%。结论：上前牙非埋入式愈合即刻种植缩短了治疗时间，减少了手术痛苦，患者满意，具有很好的近期临床效果。
