静脉麻醉用于肛肠手术568例回顾性研究

摘要

Objective:To investigate the effectiveness,security and the incidence of anesthesia related complications of venous anesthesia for anorectal operation.Method:The clinical data of 568 patients with venous anesthesia for anorectal operation from April 2011 to December 2014 were analyzed retrospectively.Result:The operation of 568 patients were conducted successfully.The operation duration was 10-54 min(average 31 min).Postoperative hospital stay was 3 to 7 d(average 4.5 d).Nausea occurred in 12 cases(2.11%),dizzy occurred in 36 cases(6.34%),symptomatic treatment to alleviate,uroschesis occurred in 14 cases(2.64%),eased after catheterization.Patients with no operative death.Conclusion:Venous anesthesia for anorectal operation has the advantages of reliable effect,safety and fewer anesthesia related complications.%目的：探讨静脉麻醉用于肛肠手术的有效性、安全性及术后麻醉相关并发症的发生率。方法：回顾分析2011年4月-2014年12月笔者所在医院568例静脉麻醉用于肛肠手术患者的临床资料。结果：568例均顺利完成手术。手术时间10~54 min，平均31 min。术后住院3~7 d，平均4.5 d。12例(2.11%)术后出现恶心，对症治疗后缓解；36例(6.34%)术后出现头晕；14例(2.46%)发生尿潴留，行导尿术；无手术死亡患者。结论：静脉麻醉用于肛肠手术麻醉效果确切，安全，术后麻醉相关并发症少等优点。
