血清γ-谷氨酰转移酶与碱性磷酸酶在胆囊结石合并胆总管小结石诊断中的临床意义

摘要

Objective:To explore the clinical significance of serum gamma-glutamyl transferase and alkaline phosphatase in the diagnosis of small common bile duct calculi.Method:48 cases with small common bile duct stones were retrospectively analyzed the content of serum GGT and ALP,and the changes of GGT and ALP content before and after the treatment were observed.Result:The GGT and ALP content before and after treatment of 48 patients with gallbladder stone with small common bile duct calculi were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Higher serum GGT and ALP synchronization can be used as a sensitivity indicator for gallbladder calculi with small common bile duct calculi.GGT and ALP will become preliminary predictors for gallbladder calculi patients may merge small common bile duct calculi,they can avoid misdiagnosis for common bile duct calculi in diagnosis.%目的:探讨血清γ-谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)在胆总管小结石诊断中的临床意义.方法:回顾性分析48例胆总管小结石患者的血清GGT、ALP的含量,并观察治疗前后GGT、ALP含量的变化.结果:治疗前后48例胆囊结石合并胆总管小结石患者GGT、ALP含量比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:血清GGT与ALP同步明显升高可作为胆囊结石患者合并胆总管小结石诊断的一项敏感性指标.GGT、ALP可成为胆囊结石患者可能合并胆总管小结石的初步预测因子,避免胆总管结石的漏诊.
