HIF-1α在唾液腺腺样囊性癌中的表达及临床意义

摘要

目的：研究HIF-1α在唾液腺腺样囊性癌(SACC)中的表达及临床意义。方法：应用免疫组织化学方法检测45例唾液腺腺样囊性癌、45例多形性腺瘤和45例正常唾液腺组织中HIF-1α的表达。结果：HIF-1α在正常唾液腺组织、多形性腺瘤、ACC中的阳性表达率依次递增，组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；SACC合并远处转移高于无远处转移，合并神经侵犯高于非侵犯(P<0.05)。结论：HIF-1α可以作为判断ACC诊断、侵袭、转移及预后的重要指标。%Objective:To investigate the expression and clinical significance of hypoxia-inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α) in salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma(SACC).Method:Immunohistochemistry method was used.HIF-1α in 45 cases of salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma,45 cases of pleomorphic adenoma and 45 cases of normal salivary gland tissue were detected.Result:The positive expression rate of HIF-1α in normal salivary gland tissue,pleomorphic adenoma and ACC increased in turn,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).HIF-1α in transfer group was dramatically higher than that in non-metastatic group,in nerve invasion group was higher than that in non-infringement group(P<0.05).Conclusion:HIF-1α can be an important indicator of ACC diagnosis,invasion,metastasis and prognosis.
