胎膜早破产妇产道检查与产褥感染的关系

摘要

Objective:To investigate the relationship between the birth canal examination and puerperal infection in premature rupture of membranes(PROM).Method:64 cases of premature rupture of membranes were divided into two groups,32 women were divided into the case group(birth canal examination >2),and other 32 cases were divided into the control group(birth canal examination were less than or equal to 2 times),the patient’s temperature,the total white blood cell count(WBC) of prenatal and postnatal 24 to 48 hours,and the procalcitonin(PCT) were recorded.Result:Compared with the control group,all the indexes in the case group were significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Frequently check the birth canal will significantly increase the incidence of puerperal infection in premature rupture of membranes(PROM).%目的：探讨胎膜早破产妇行产道检查对产褥感染的发生有无关系。方法：将64例胎膜早破产妇分为病例组(产道检查>2次)32例、对照组(产道检查≤2次)32例，观察所有入选产妇发热症状，并分别检测产前、产后24~48 h血常规白细胞总数(WBC)、降钙素原(PCT)指标。结果：病例组发热症状及WBC、PCT升高值均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：胎膜早破产妇频繁产道检查会显著增加产褥期发热的发生，可能与产褥感染相关。
