两种不同影像学方法在半月神经节射频治疗三叉神经痛中的临床观察

摘要

Objective:To compare the the clinical value of C-arm and CT two different ways in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia with gasserian ganglion radiofrequency.Method:From 2010 to 2014,56 patients with trigeminal neuralgia in our department were reviewed and randomly divided into the CT group and the C-arm group,each in 28 cases.The time of puncture success between two groups,the number of adjusted times until puncture needle success, and the number of patients who gave up surgery due to failure of the puncture were compared.Result:There were no obvious complications in the two different methods,and the time required and adjust the number of times in the CT group were significantly less than than C-arm group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in the postoperative curative effect(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of trigeminal neuralgia with Gasserian ganglion radiofrequency using both C-arm and CT imaging methods have the advantages of safety,less complications etc.CT takes less time to puncture and more accurate than C-arm.%目的：比较C臂机和CT两种不同影像学引导方法用于半月神经节射频治疗原发性三叉神经痛的临床价值。方法：分析笔者所在科室2010-2014年住院治疗的原发性三叉神经痛患者56例，随机分为CT组和C臂机组各28例，比较两组患者穿刺到位成功所花费的时间、穿刺成功需调整进针次数及因穿刺不到位放弃手术例数。结果：两种不同引导方式均未发生明显并发症，CT组调整次数及穿刺成功到位所需时间明显少于C臂机组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)，术后两组疗效对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：半月神经节射频治疗三叉神经痛使用C臂机和CT两种影像学方法引导均有并发症少、安全等优点，相较于C臂机，CT定位具有穿刺花费时间少、穿刺准确等优点。
