风险管理对提高精神科护理安全的作用与体会

摘要

Objective:To analyze the effect on nursing safety of implementing risk management in psychiatric nursing work,and to summarize the implementation of risk management method and path.Method:90 cases of psychiatric patients in our hospital from February 2013 to December 2014 were randomly selected,they were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group,with each group 45 cases.The control group was given routine psychiatric nursing intervention,the intervention group on the basis of the control group was given risk management of nursing intervention.The nursing satisfaction and the incidence of nursing security hidden danger of the two groups were compared.Result:The nursing satisfaction rate of the intervention group(95.6%) was higher than that of the control group(77.8%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence ate of safety hazards of the intervention group(4.4%) was lower than that of the control group(28.9%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of risk management in psychiatric nursing care can effectively remove the potential nursing safety hidden trouble,improve nursing safety and satisfaction, which is worthy of reference and adoption.%目的：分析在精神科护理工作中实施风险管理对护理安全的影响，并总结风险管理实施的方法和路径。方法：从笔者所在医院2013年2月-2014年12月收治的精神病患者中随机选取90例，运用随机数字法将其平均分为干预组与对照组，每组45例。对照组按照精神科常规护理方式进行干预，干预组在其基础上实施护理风险管理干预，比较两组患者的护理满意度、护理安全隐患发生情况。结果：干预组的护理满意率(95.6%)高于对照组(77.8%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；干预组安全隐患发生率(4.4%)低于对照组(28.9%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：在精神科护理工作中实施风险管理，能够有效解除潜在的护理安全隐患，进而提高护理安全性及家属满意度，值得临床借鉴和采纳。
