目的：探讨在布鲁氏杆菌病(布病)感染患者中应用盐酸多西环素治疗的效果以及过敏反应的发生率。方法：回顾性分析2014年1月1日-2015年7月31日洛阳市确诊的1168例布病患者的临床资料，观察患者应用盐酸多西环素的治疗效果和不良反应发生情况。结果：2014年以来，洛阳市共报告盐酸多西环素过敏20例，平均发病率为1.71%。其中2014年报告6例，发病率为0.91%，2015年报告14例，发病率为2.81%，两年的发病率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；不同年龄患者发病率比较差异有统计学意义，以30岁以下组发病为多(P<0.05)；患者过敏反应症状和体征以全身皮疹瘙痒为主。结论：应用盐酸多西环素治疗布病感染患者，过敏反应多样化，应不断总结经验，防控盐酸多西环素治疗导致的过敏反应带来的新的疾病负担。建议患者在服用盐酸多西环素治疗布病时，服药前、中期和治疗后期对血常规和肝功能进行定期检查，如果发现异常，及时治疗处理。%Objective:To discuss the curative effect and incidence of allergic reactions of Doxycycline Hydrochloride in the treatment of patients infected with brucella bacillus disease(brucella).Method:1168 cases of brucella infection from January 2014 to July 2015 were selected as the research objects and retrospective analyzed,the patient’s curative effect and adverse reactions were observed after treating with Doxycycline Hydrochloride.Result:Since 2014,a total of 20 cases of Doxycycline Hydrochloride allergy were reported in the city of Luoyang,the average incidence was 1.71%,which included 6 cases in 2014,the incidence was 0.91%,and 14 cases in 2015,the incidence was 2.81%,the difference was statistic significant(P<0.05);The incidence has statistically difference among different ages,patients under 30 years old were the most(P<0.05).The signs and symptoms of allergic reactions were given priority to rashes and pruritus all over the body.Conclusion:The allergic reactions of Doxycycline Hydrochloride are diversification in the treatment of brucella infection,the experiences should summarized to prevent and control the new disease burden caused by the allergic reaction of Doxycycline Hydrochloride treatment.It is suggested periodical inspections on blood routine examination and liver function in the early,middle and late treatment period when taking Doxycycline Hydrochloride for the treatment of brucella,and receive treatment processing in time if finding unusual.
