多排螺旋CT对急性肠梗阻的诊断价值

摘要

Objective:To study and analyze the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT in acute intestinal obstruction.Method:From January 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital,50 cases of acute intestinal obstruction were selected for the study,patients were confirmed through clinical,surgical and pathology,CT data was retrospective analyzed,the rate of accuracy of diagnostics and obstruction site,etiology and other diagnoses were observed and analyzed.Result:Multi-slice spiral CT diagnosis of 50 cases were accurate,the accuracy rate was 100%,diagnostic accuracy rate for the obstruction site was 92.0%(46/50),for the cause diagnostic accuracy was 84.0%(42/50).Conclusion:The multi-slice spiral CT diagnosis of acute intestinal obstruction accuracy rate is high,and can be used as the preferred basis for the cause of intestinal obstruction site and provide effective reference for further treatment,with a clinical application of universal promotion.%目的：研究分析多排螺旋CT对急性肠梗阻的诊断价值。方法：选择2014年1月-2015年1月在笔者所在医院进行治疗的50例急性肠梗阻患者为研究对象，所选患者均经过临床、手术及病理证实，回顾性分析本组CT检查资料，观察分析诊断的准确率情况和对肠梗阻部位、病因等诊断的符合率。结果：多排螺旋CT准确诊断50例，准确率为100%，针对肠梗阻部位的诊断准确率为92.0%(46/50)，针对病因诊断的准确率为84.0%(42/50)。结论：多排螺旋CT对急性肠梗阻的临床诊断准确率很高，且能够作为肠梗阻部位以及病因诊断的首选依据，为进一步的治疗提供有效的参考，具有临床普遍推广的应用价值。
