湿性愈合方法治疗脊髓损伤患者Ⅰ、Ⅱ期压疮效果观察

摘要

Objective:To observe the curative effect of wet healing method on the patients with spinal cord injury.Method:30 pressure ulcers patients with spinal cord injury were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,15 cases in each group.The patients with stageⅠand stageⅡ pressure sore were applied to the wet healing method in the experimental group,and the control group was used the dry healing method.The skin healing of pressure ulcer in the two groups of patients during hospitalization were observed,and analyzed by statistically.Result:The curative effect,the time of dressing change and the healing time of the patients in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of wet healing method on the patients with spinal cord injury is effective and worthy of promotion.%目的：观察湿性愈合方法对脊髓损伤患者压疮的疗效。方法：选取脊髓损伤Ⅰ、Ⅱ期压疮患者30例，随机分成试验组和对照组，每组15例。试验组应用湿性愈合方法，对照组应用干性愈合方法。观察两组患者住院期间压疮部位皮肤愈合情况，并进行统计学分析。结果：试验组患者住院期间Ⅰ、Ⅱ期压疮疗效、换药次数及愈合时间均明显优于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：湿性愈合方法对脊髓损伤患者Ⅰ、Ⅱ期压疮疗效确切，值得推广。
