股骨近端防旋髓内钉微创内固定治疗老年股骨转子间骨折

摘要

目的：分析老年股骨转子间骨折患者采用股骨近端防旋髓内钉(PFNA)微创内固定治疗的临床效果。方法：38例老年股骨转子间骨折患者按照双盲法分为观察组和对照组，观察组采取PFNA治疗，对照组采取PFN治疗，对比分析两组手术指标、并发症及髋关节功能评分等情况。结果：观察组患者术中出血量、手术时间及平均住院时间等均明显少于对照组(P<0.05)，但两组切口长度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率(5.3%)和对照组(0)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：老年股骨转子间骨折采用PFNA治疗的临床效果良好，创伤较小，且术后可帮助患者尽快恢复，值得进一步推广。%Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of proximal femoral nail(PFNA) and minimally invasive internal fixation in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures in elderly patients.Method:38 cases of elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture were divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was given PFNA and the control group was given PFN,indicators surgery,complications and hip function scores and so on of two groups were compared.Result:The amount of bleeding,operation time and average length of hospital stay in the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in observation group(5.3%) and the control group(0) was not significantly different(P>0.05).Conclusion:Clinical effect of PFNA in the treatment of elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture is good,the patients with less trauma,and can help patients recover as soon as possible,it is worth of further promotion.
