优质护理在减少CT增强扫描对比剂不良反应发生中的应用价值

摘要

目的:分析研究优质护理在减少CT增强扫描对比剂不良反应发生中的应用价值.方法:将在笔者所在医院放射科实施CT增强扫描的患者200例作为研究对象,所有患者均需要使用对比剂的形式实施诊断.按照护理方式的不同,将患者均分为优质组与对照组,每组100例.优质组患者使用优质护理的形式实施护理,对照组患者在诊断过程中使用常规护理方法,比较两组不良反应发生情况.结果:两组患者实施诊断完成后,优质组患者的不良反应发生率1.0%,明显低于对照组患者的4.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:使用优质护理能够较好地减少患者CT增强扫描对比剂不良反应.%Objective:To study the application of quality care in reducing the adverse reactions of CT contrast agents in the development of adverse reactions.Method:In our hospital 200 patients with CT enhanced scan were selected as the objects,and all patients were given contrast agent in the form of diagnosis.According to the different nursing method,the patients were divided into the quality group and the control group,100 cases in each group.The quality group of patients with quality care in the form of nursing,the control group of patients in the diagnosis of the use of conventional nursing method,the incidence of adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Result:The incidence of adverse reactions of the quality group was significantly lower than that of the control group, there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of quality care in the form of better can reduce the CT contrast agent adverse reactions of patients.
