下唇Abbe瓣修复20例双侧唇裂术后鼻唇畸形

摘要

objective to bilateral cleft lip nasal deformities of bilateral characteristic analysis, correction of secondary nasal deformities of cleft lip of an ideal method. Methods from 2005January to 2010December,20 cases of bilateral cleft lip nasal deformities in patients with lower lip flap design in Abbe, transfer to the upper lip, the extended Bi Xiaozhu, increased anterior lip height, repair of lip beads, coordination of upper and lower lip width, thereby improving the bilateral cleft lip nasal deformities. Results all the skin on survival, postoperative nasal shape significantly improved. Conclusion lower lip Abbe flap can better repair of the bilateral cleft lip nasal deformities.%目的通过对双侧唇裂术后鼻唇畸形特点的分析，探索矫治双侧唇裂术后继发鼻唇畸形的一种理想方法。方法自2005年1月至2010年12月对20例双侧唇裂术后鼻唇畸形患者在下唇设计Abbe瓣，转移至上唇，延长鼻小柱，增加前唇高度，修复唇珠，协调上下唇宽度，从而改善双侧唇裂术后鼻唇畸形。结果所有皮辨存活，术后鼻唇外形明显改善。结论采用下唇Abbe瓣可以较好地修复双侧唇裂术后鼻唇畸形。
