内口切开联合痿道胶管引流术治疗低位复杂性肛痿临床观察

摘要

目的：探究内口切开联合痿道胶管引流术治疗低位复杂性肛痿临床观察。方法：对照组单纯采取切开引流术，观察采取内口切开联合痿道胶管引流术治疗，观察对比两组临床疗效。结果：观察组术中出血少，术后疼痛较轻，创面愈合快，且不会增加排尿、排便困难，无肛门失禁、瘢痕等并发症发生。结论：改良术式操作简单，术后安全，并发症少，可有效改善患者术后生活质量。%Objective: To explore the mouth open joint impotent tao hose drainage in the treatment of low complexity anal impotent clinical observation.Methods: The control group simply adopt incision drainage, observation to cut inside the mouth joint impotent road drainage treatment, rubber hose observed compared two groups of clinical curative effect. Results: The observation group there was some advantage such as less bleeding, less postoperative pain, wound healing fast, and doesn't increase urination and defecation difficulties, no anal incontinence, scar and other complications. Conclusion: The modified surgical operation is simple, safe, less complications, which can effectively improve the patients quality of life after surgery.
