不同根管填充程度对96例牙体牙髓患者治疗的影响

摘要

Objective: To analysis the different root canal filing degree of the effect of treatment in patients with tooth pulp, and to provide basis for clinical treatment. Methods: Randomly selected from our hospital dental in May 2011 - May 2013 between the treatment of 96 patients with tooth pulp as the research object, adopt the suitable filing, owe filing, root canal filing method treatment, compared three methods of pain after treatment, the clinical efficient and incidence of patients satisfaction. Results: A total of 96 patients fil ed with teeth, 130, 51, the optimum filing optimum charge 15.6% incidence of pain, owe 37 filing, the pain incidence was 65.6%, exceed 42, the incidence of pain was 81.2%, comparing three root canal filing degree, filing treatment of clinical effectiveness and patient satisfaction is significantly higher than less filing and super treatment, compare the difference between groups was statistical y significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: In patients with tooth pulp for root GuanShi clinical curative effect satisfaction is high, can be popularized in clinical application.%目的：分析不同根管填充程度对牙体牙髓患者治疗的影响，为临床治疗提供依据。方法随机选取我院口腔科2011年5月-2013年5月间治疗的牙体牙髓患者96例为研究对象，分别采用适充、欠充、超充根管治疗方法进行治疗，对比分析三种方法治疗后的疼痛发生率、临床有效率和患者满意度。结果96例患者共填充患牙130颗，其中适充适充51颗，疼痛发生率为15.6%，欠充37颗，疼痛发生率为65.6%，超充42颗，疼痛发生率为81.2%，三种根管填充程度比较，适充治疗临床有效率和患者满意度显著高于欠充和超充治疗，组间比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论对牙体牙髓患者进行根管适充临床疗效满意度高，可在临床推广应用。
