目的加强我院抗菌药物临床应用管理，促进我院抗菌药物的合理使用，有效遏制细菌耐药，合理控制抗菌药物使用率和使用强度，保证医疗质量和医疗安全。方法制定我院“抗菌药物使用手册”；实施中采取行政干预，对医务人员进行抗菌药物管理相关制度和技术规范培训，审核医师给药方案，对处方进行定期抽查、用药督导，根据反馈结果采取改进措施等。结果提高了抗菌药物临床合理应用水平，降低了抗菌药物的应用比例，减少超广谱耐药菌株的产生及院内感染，保障患者合法权益和用药安全。结论我院“抗菌药物使用手册”的制定、实施，对提高医疗质量、减少耐药菌株的产生起到重要作用，对推动我院抗菌药物临床合理应用起到积极的作用，取得了确切的成效。%Purpose Strengthen our hospital clinical use of antibiotics management, promote our hospital antimicrobial reasonable use, effective containment of bacterial resistance to antibiotics, and the reasonable control of antimicrobial usage and intensity of use, and to ensure medical quality and safety.
