The purpose of the the surgical animal experiments teaching to find reliable, safety, easy to buy practical anesthetic. Method for the study of three anesthetic anesthetic effect on rabbit selection of body weight in 150 2 ~ 3kg healthy rabbits were randomly divided into three groups of rabbit appendectomy surgery surgical experimental teaching project, the use of diazepam anesthesia 50, thiopental sodium pentobarbital each anesthesia 50 as control, were observed anesthetic effect results of the anesthetic effect of diazepam and thiopental, sodium pentobarbital control there was no significant difference (P>0.05). That surgical experimental teaching, the selection of the degree of safety, anesthetic diazepam buy convenient, completely replace the smaller degree of safety, not easy to buy thiopental sodium pentobarbital anesthetic.%目的为外科动物实验教学寻找出效果可靠、安全度大、购买方便的实用型麻醉剂.方法以三种麻醉剂对家兔的麻醉效果为研究对象，选用体重在2~3kg健康家兔150只，随机分为3组进行外科实验教学项目中的家兔阑尾切除手术，采用地西泮麻醉50只，硫喷妥钠、戊巴比妥钠各麻醉50只作对照，分别观察麻醉效果.结果地西泮的麻醉效果与硫喷妥钠、戊巴比妥钠对照均无显著性差异(P>0.05).表明在外科实验教学中，选用安全度大、购买方便的地西泮麻醉剂，完全可替代安全度较小、不易购买的硫喷妥钠、戊巴比妥钠麻醉剂.
