无眼球性重度结膜囊闭锁的护理

摘要

目的探讨无眼球性结膜囊闭锁的护理措施。方法对31例(31眼)无眼球性结膜囊闭锁患者术前术后护理资料进行分析。结果31例(31眼)患者术前术后外观有明显改善，义眼安置满意。结论手术前做好患者的心理护理和手术准备工作，术后采取恰当的护理措施，对确保手术成功具有重要作用。%Objective To discuss the nursing for patients with severe conjunctival sac latching in absence of eye. Methods We analysed the nursing data of 31patients(31 eyes)with severe conjunctival sac latching in absence of eye. Results The 31patients(31eyes)had better appearance after surgeries and they were satisfied with their artificial eyes. Conclusions It is important that we provide good nursing especially psychological nursing for the patients before and after the surgery. And we should prepare well for the surgery at the same time.
