骨科护理临床带教方法初探

     

摘要

Objective Discussion on teaching methods of nursing students. Methods Discussed by the head nurse, the teaching secretary professional teaching staff, head, head nursus organization teaching qualifications teacher, in the special theory, operation and personal qualities are outstanding teachers one to one teaching. Teaching secretary is responsible for the specific nursing students with teaching work, organization of entrance education, professional knowledge training, professional skil training, nursing document teaching, undergraduate lectures and nurse work a week, completion examination, make the students to the Department of orthopedics, theory and clinical practice, improve the theory and practical operation ability. The end of practice teaching double evaluation Results Through the practice of Department of orthopedics around, the comprehensive quality of the nursing students were improved, mastered the use of holistic nursing care on the working methods of common diseases in Department of orthopedics, familiar with the observation and nursing of the Department of orthopedics disease associated with other diseases, mastered the method commonly used instrument department of orthopedics use the target, and the matters needing attention, Undergraduate teaching and management ability is improved, at last the theory and operation test scores were 90 points, an average of 93.5 points, writing nursing document and implement two-way assessment.Conclusion: The teaching method is real y accepted by the trainees ,teaching, teachers and students have a certain pressure, promote the quality of teaching and learning to improve the quality.%目的:探讨护生带教方法。方法:由护士长、教学秘书、专业组长讨论带教人员,护士长组织考核有带教资质的老师,在专科理论、操作及个人素养都取得优秀的老师一对一带教。教学秘书负责护生的具体带教工作,组织进行入科教育、专科知识训练、专科技能训练、护理文书带教、本科生小讲课及跟护士长上班一周,出科考核,使护生能将骨科理论与临床实际相结合,提高理论与实际操作能力;实习结束进行教学双评。结果:通过骨科四周的实习,护生的综合素质得到了提高,掌握了利用整体护理的工作方法对骨科常见疾病的护理,熟悉了骨科疾病合并其他疾病的病情观察及护理要点,掌握了骨科常用仪器的使用目的、方法及注意事项,本科生的教学及管理能力得到提高,出科前理论及操作考试成绩平均分别为90分、93.5分,护理文书书写为优。结论:该教学方法得到护生的认可,实行教学双向评定,带教老师和护生都有一定的压力,促进了带教质量及学习质量的提高。
