浅析韩非子与亚里士多德法治思想的异同

Throughout history, China and Greece are the countries that both have formed a series of thoughts of law before Common Era. Aristotle and HanFei were the representative scientists in history, but their theories are not on all fours. This essay describes Aristotle's and Han Fei's thoughts of law and analyzes thesimilarities and difference between them.
