渔业资源总量渐失是我国面临的巨大问题，且随着沿海经济的不断发展，海洋渔业资源问题的严峻性将与日俱增。以生态修复学的基本原理为指导，利用生态经济学的基本观点，从自然条件、基础设施、技术进步及人力投入等角度探讨了生态修复过程中的渔业资源生产潜力，并根据沿海经济发展规划和远景目标，提出了相应的发展对策：稳住海域面积、强化基础建设、加大投入力度、积极推动海洋科技产业化、优化海洋水产养殖方式、加强海洋生态管理。%The large problem that our country confronts is the loss of the fishery resources, and it will increase with the development of population. In this paper, using the basic principle of ecological rehabilitation science and the basic point of ecological economic science, from natural conditions, infrastructure facilities, technological progress and human input angle, we discussed marine food produce potentiality in the process of the ecological rehabilitation. According to the local economic development program and future objects, some relevant methods were suggested: to keep fishery area, to strengthen basic construction, to increase devotion degree, to promote the marine industrialization, to optimize the model of the marine aquaculture, and to strengthen the management of the marine ecosystem.
