我国水产饲料企业的全员创新管理研究

摘要

Facing slowdown, overcapacity, intensified competition and decreased profit, aquatic feed enterprises of China need to make all-involvement innovations nowadays. Explaining the connotation of all-involvement innovation from total innovation management perspective,and analyzing the current situation, the problems and their causes, the paper comes up with the improvement solutions to all-involvement innovations of aquatic feed enterprises of China.%当前，我国水产饲料企业面临增速放缓、产能过剩、竞争加剧、利润减少的现状，需要进行全员创新。本文阐述了全面创新管理视角下全员创新的内涵，分析了我国水产饲料企业全员创新的现状与问题，以及问题产生的原因，提出全员创新的改进方案。
