浅论危害食品安全犯罪的刑法规制

摘要

《刑法修正案（八）》基于《中华人民共和国食品安全法》（以下简称为《食品安全法》）已取代《中华人民共和国食品卫生法》和民众急盼用严刑峻法惩治食品安全事故的民意，对危害食品安全犯罪做出积极的法律修改。%The Criminal Law Amendment （Eight） is based on the Food Safety Law of the People＇s Republic of China and has replaced the Food Hygiene Law of the People＇s Republic of China, and people yearn to punish food safety incidents with harsh laws, with this kind of intention, we should make positive legal changes on endangering food security crimes.
