目的:探讨多层螺旋CT肺容积评估的价值,并分析其与肺功能试验(PFT)指标的关系.方法:志愿者15例,均在1周内完成PFT及CT检查.采用多层螺旋256排PHILIPS_Brilliance iCT,于最大吸气末和最大呼气末分别扫描全肺,用Lung Density肺定量软件测定全肺容积.结果:MSCT肺容积指标中的平均最大吸气末容积Vin:5169.5cm3,PET所得的肺总量TLC:5671.5cm3,Vin与TLC相关性r=0.87,P<0.01;MSCT肺容积指标中的最大呼气末容积Vex:3109.7cm3,PET所得的残气量RV:3149.0cm3,Vex与RV的相关性r=0.88,P<0.01;(Vin-Vex):2059.8 cm3,肺活量VC:2540.2cm3,VC与(Vin-Vex)的相关性r=0.87,P<0.01.结论:MSCT肺容积指标与PFT指标有很好的相关性,可用于肺功能状况的评估.%Purpose: To study the relevance between lung volumes measured by MSCT and pulmonary function test (PFT), and to evaluate the reference value of MSCT pulmonary function parameter. Methods: Fifty volunteers who were undergone PFT and chest MSCT (256-slices, Brilliance iCT, Philips) in a week were enrolled in our study. The lung volumes were measured by the software of lung density based on the images acquired at inspiration phase and expiration phase, and the correlation between them and the results of pulmonary function tests was analyzed. Results: The mean values of lung at full inspiratory volume (Vin) and full expiratory volume (Vex) on MSCT scan were 5169.5cm3 and 3109.7cm3, meanwhile, total lung capacity (TLC) and residual volume (RV) at PFT were 5671.5cm3 and 3149.0 cm', which had good correlation (r=0.87, P<0.01; r=0.88, P<0.01) with the lung volumes. The mean values of Vin-Vex and Vital capacity (VC)were 2059.8cm3 and 2540.2 cm3, Vin-Vex was good correlated with VC (r=0.87, P<0.01). Conclusion: MSCT pulmonary volume measurement has good correlation with PFT, which may contribute to the assessment of pulmonary function.
