中药治疗急慢性鼻窦炎150例分析

摘要

目的：探讨中医辨证施治治疗急慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法：2012年2月-2013年12月收治急慢性鼻窦炎患者150例，根据中医辨证理论进行辨证施治。其中脾气虚弱型20例，肺气虚寒型26例，脾胃湿热型25例，胆腑郁热型24例，风热壅遏型26例，热毒犯肺型29例。结果：治愈88例(58.7%)，显效40例(26.7%)，有效14例(9.3%)，无效8例(5.3%)，总有效率94.7%。各型疗效：脾气虚弱型的总有效率95.0%，肺气虚寒型的总有效率92.3%，脾胃湿热型的总有效率96.0%，胆腑郁热型的总有效率91.7%，风热壅遏型的总有效率92.3%，热毒犯肺型的总有效率93.1%。结论：中医辨证施治治疗急慢性鼻窦炎的疗效显著，值得临床推广。%Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine dialectical therapy in treatment of acute and chronic sinusitis.Methods:We selected 150 cases of acute and chronic sinusitis patients during February 2012 to December 2013.These patients received dialectical therapy according to the dialectical theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Among them, 20 cases were PiQiXuRuo type,26 cases were FeiQiXuHan type,25 cases were PiWeiShiRe type,24 cases were DanFuYuRe type, 26 cases were FengReYongE type,29 cases were ReDuFanFei type.Results:88 cases (58.7%)were cure.40 cases (26.7%)were markedly effective.14 cases(9.3%) were effective,10 cases(6.7%) were invalid,and the total efficiency was 93.9%.The therapeutic effects of each type:the total efficiency of PiQiXuRuo type was 95%,the total efficiency of FeiQiXuHan type was 92.3%,the total efficiency of PiWeiShiRe type was 96.0%,the total efficiency of DanFuYuRe type was 91.7%,the total efficiency of FengReYongE type was 92.3% ,the total efficiency of ReDuFanFei type was 93.1% .Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine dialectical therapy in treatment of acute and chronic sinusitis is remarkable,and it is worthy of clinical application.
