PEIT针在CT引导下肾囊肿穿刺抽吸硬化治疗中的临床应用体会

摘要

目的:探讨PEIT针在CT引导下肾囊肿抽吸硬化治疗中的临床应用.方法:对60例肾囊肿患者给予PEIT针在CT引导经皮穿刺肾囊肿抽吸硬化治疗.结果:60例肾囊肿患者经过治疗,结果满意,肾囊肿单次治愈率98%.结论:使用PEIT针在CT引导下肾囊肿穿刺抽吸硬化治疗中效果满意,重复治疗有效,为值得推广应用的微创治疗方法.%Objective:To explore the clinical application of PEIT needle in renal cyst puncture suction hardening treatment under CT guidance.Methods:60 patients with renal cyst were given PEIT needle in percutaneous puncture renal cyst suction hardening treatment under CT guidance.Results:60 patients with renal cyst after treatment,the result was satisfactory.The single cure rate of renal cyst was 98%.Conclusion:The curative effect of using PEIT needle in renal cyst puncture suction hardening treatment under CT guidance is satisfactory,the repeated treatment is effective,and it is a minimally invasive treatment method and worthy of promotion and application.
