左西孟旦治疗慢性心力衰竭急性发作的效果观察

Objective:To explore the curative effect of levosimendan in the treatment of acute episode of chronic heart failure. Methods:38 patients with acute episode of chronic heart failure were selected,they were randomly divided into the levosimendan group and the dobutamine group,before and after the treatment,we measured left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) and plasma B type natriuretic peptide(BNP).Results:In the levosimendan group,LVEF,BNP were significantly better than those of the dobutamine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of levosimendan in the treatment of acute episode of chronic heart failure was significant.%目的：探讨左西孟旦治疗慢性心力衰竭急性发作的效果。方法：收治慢性心力衰竭急性发作患者38例，随机分成左西孟旦组和多巴酚丁胺组，治疗前后测左心室射血分数(LVEF)、血浆B型脑钠肽(BNP)。结果：左西孟旦组的LVEF、BNP明显优于多巴酚丁胺组(P＜0.05)。结论：左西孟旦治疗慢性心力衰竭急性发作的疗效显著。
