烧伤小儿家属的健康教育体会

摘要

Objective:To summarize the health education experience for the family members of pediatric burn.Methods:The burn and family members were given health education.Results:All children were cured,20 cases did not required anti-scar treatment, 60 cases of children with anti-scar treatment.79 cases did not had two burn and scald.1 cases of children had burn again,the family members took appropriate emergency measures and adverse consequences did not occur.Conclusion:Health education could promote the communication between nurses and patients and improve the treatment compliance of children's family members and reduce the disability.%目的:总结烧伤小儿家属的健康教育体会.方法:给予烧伤患儿及家属健康教育.结果:患儿均痊愈出院, 20例患儿不需抗瘢痕治疗,60例患儿坚持抗瘢痕治疗.79例患儿未发生二次烧(烫)伤.1例患儿再次烫伤,家属采取恰当的急救措施,未造成不良后果.结论:健康教育促进了护患沟通,提高了患儿家属治疗的依从性,减少了伤残.
