多种微创技术治疗尿道狭窄和闭锁50例体会

摘要

目的:探讨多种微创技术配合治疗尿道狭窄和闭锁的效果.方法:收治尿道狭窄和闭锁患者50例,根据患者实际病情选择多种微创技术进行适宜配合治疗.结果:患者临床治愈率90%,治疗有效率96%.结论:多种微创技术配合治疗尿道狭窄以及闭锁患者,不仅可以明显减少患者手术损伤,还可以明显提升患者的病情治愈率,手术治疗安全性比较高.%Objective:To investigate the effect of various minimally invasive techniques in the treatment of urethral stricture and atresia.Methods:50 patients with urethral stricture and atresia were selected,we selected a variety of minimally invasive techniques for the treatment according to the actual condition of the patient.Results:The total clinical cure rate of the patients was 90%,the total effective rate was 96%.Conclusion:Combine with many kinds of minimally invasive techniques in the treatment of urethral stricture and atresia patients,not only can reduce the patient's surgical injury significantly,but also can improve the patient's condition cure rate significantly,the safety of the operation is relatively high.
