糖尿病社区健康宣教和预防效果分析

摘要

目的：探讨糖尿病社区健康宣教和预防措施及效果。方法：收治糖尿病患者50例，对所有患者均进行积极的健康教育宣传和预防。结果：50例患者健康教育前后掌握规律服药、饮食控制、规律运动、并发症预防比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，且健康教育后患者生理维度、心理维度、社会维度、治疗维度和USQL总分明显升高，与治疗前比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：加强对社区糖尿病患者的宣传教育，可以明显提高患者对规律服药、饮食控制和预防并发症知识的掌握率，患者生活质量评分明显升高。%Objective:To investigate the community health education and preventive measures on patients with diabetes and its effect.Methods:50 patients with diabetes were selected.All of them were given health education actively.Results:After taken health education,the master of regular medication,diet control,regular exercise,complications prevention of 50 cases were different significantly compared with before(P<0.05);the physical dimensions,psychological dimension,social dimension,treatment of dimension and the usql score of patients were increased significantly after the health education,and the difference were significant compared with before the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Strengthening publication and education for community diabetes patients can improve the regular medication,diet control and prevention the incidence of complication of patients significantly,and life quality score of patients increased significantly.
