目标教学法在手术室护理教学中的应用效果

         

摘要

目的:探讨目标教学法在手术室护理中的应用。方法:选择护理实习生98名,平均分为试验组和对照组各49名。试验组运用目标教学法,对照组运用传统教学法,比较两组的教学效果。结果:试验组理论考试与操作考核平均合格率明显高于对照组,综合素质考评的优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:目标教学法能够有效提高实习生的学习效率,具有良好教学效果。%Objective:To explore the application effect of target teaching method in nursing teaching in operation room.Methods:98 nursing interns were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 49 cases in each.The experimental group were given the target teaching method,and the control group were given the traditional teaching method,then we compared the teaching effect of the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the average pass rate of theoretical examination and operation examination was significantly higher than that of the control group;the excellent and good rate of comprehensive quality evaluation was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Target teaching method can effectively improve the learning efficiency of students,and it had good teaching effect.
