妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症50例患者的观察及护理

摘要

Objective:To explore the observation and nursing of patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy.Methods: 50 patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy were selected.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group with 25 cases in each.The control group was given routine nursing intervention.The study group was given humanized nursing intervention.The clinical treatments of two groups were observed.Results:The improved situations of clinical condition and life quality of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using humanized nursing intervention in the treatment of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy can help to reduce the risk of maternal complications.It has an important role.%目的：探讨妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症患者的观察及护理。方法：收治妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症患者50例，随机分为研究组和对照组各25例。对照组给予常规护理干预，研究组给予人性化护理干预，观察两组患者临床治疗。结果：研究组临床病情及生活质量改善情况明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：采用人性化护理干预治疗妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症，有助于降低母儿并发症几率，具有重要作用。
