同期经尿道电切术治疗浅表性膀胱癌合并前列腺增生的临床效果观察

摘要

目的：探讨同期经尿道电切术治疗浅表性膀胱癌合并前列腺增生的临床效果。方法：收治浅表性膀胱癌合并前列腺增生患者30例，均采用连续性硬膜外麻醉，先行经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术，然后行前列腺汽化电切术。结果：手术时间50～120 min，平均69.8 min，围手术期无严重内科并发症，29例痊愈出院，1例患者术后7～10 d出现尿道外口狭窄，经定期尿道扩张治愈。治疗后的残余尿量、最大尿流率和国际前列腺症状评分是明显优于治疗前(P＜0.05)。结论：同期经尿道电切术治疗浅表性膀胱癌合并前列腺增生疗效显著。%Objective:To explore the clinical effect of hameochronous transurethral resection of the prostate in the treatment of superficial bladder cancer complicated with benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods:30 patients with superficial bladder cancer complicated with benign prostatic hyperplasia were selected.They were anesthetized with continuous epidural anesthesia.They were first given transurethral resection of bladder tumor,and then were given prostate vaporization electro resection.Results:Operation time was 50 to 120 minutes,the average was 69.8 minutes.In the peri operation period,there was no serious complications.29 cases were cured.1 case had urethral stricture at 7 to 10 days after surgery,and he was cured by regular urethral dilatation.After treatment,residual urine volume,maximum urinary flow rate and the international prostate symptom score were significantly better than before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of hameochronous transurethral resection of the prostate in the treatment of superficial bladder cancer complicated with benign prostatic hyperplasia was significant.
