经皮球囊椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折并发症

摘要

目的：为了解经皮球囊椎体成形术(PKP)治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折并发症情况，本文在CNKI、万方等数据库中重点筛选近10年内相关PKP治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折并发症情况的文献进行综述。得出结论：PKP可能由于治疗本身以及手术者操作不当，发生诸多并发症，因此，术者要了解并发症情况，同时要有即刻处理并发症的准备。%To understand the complications of percutaneous kyphoplasty in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures,this paper reviewed the related literature about PKP in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures in re-cent 10 years based on the database of CNKI,Wanfang.Drawing a conclusion:PKP may had many operation complications due to the treatment itself and the improper operation,therefore,the performer should understand the complications and have immediate prepa-ration treating complications at the same time.
