HCG胶体金试纸条在估算血清β-HCG水平中的应用

摘要

目的:利用HCG胶体金试纸条定型血清中的β-HCG来估算血清β-HCG浓度,从而有助于化学发光检测该标本.方法:通过HCG胶体金试纸条对血清β-HCG浓度的定性,然后在进行化学发光检测该标本时做出相应的稀释倍数来测定其浓度.结果:HCG胶体金试纸条检测定性结果为阴性或弱阳性时化学发光可直接检测标本;试纸条检测定性结果为阳性或强阳性时需稀释后检测.结论:经过HCG胶体金试纸条初步定性,可方便化学发光仪做出相应的稀释倍数定量检测血β-HCG的浓度,这样既可节省发光试剂成本又可缩短其检测时间.%Objective:To use HCG colloidal gold strip for qualitative measurement of serum β-HCG in estimation of serum βHCG concentration,which is conducive to detect the specimen with chemiluminescence.Methods:Through HCG colloidal gold strip for qualitative measurement of serum β-HCG,then in the chemiluminescence detection of the specimen,we made the corresponding dilution factor to determine the concentration.Results:When the qualitative detection result of HCG colloidal gold strip was negative or weak positive,chemiluminescence can be used directly to detect specimen.When the qualitative detection result of HCG colloidal gold strip was positive or strong positive,we should detect the specimen after dilution.Conclusion:After preliminary qualitative of HCG colloidal gold test strip,it can be convenient for making corresponding dilution factor by chemiluminescence instrument for quantitative detection of serum β-HCG,which can save cost of chemiluminescence reagent and shorten the detection time.
