经纤维支气管镜球囊扩张术治疗结核性支气管狭窄的临床效果

摘要

目的：探讨纤维支气管镜球囊扩张术治疗结核性支气管狭窄的临床效果。方法：收治结核性支气管狭窄患者60例，对其进行纤维支气管镜球囊扩张术治疗，观察其近期及远期治疗效果。结果：大部分患者治疗后获得较为理想的近期治疗效果，随访9个月后，70%患者病情好转或痊愈。结论：经纤维支气管镜球囊扩张术治疗结核性支气管狭窄效果良好。%Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of fiberoptic bronchoscopic balloon dilation in the treatment of tuberculous bronchial stenosis.Methods:60 patients with tuberculous bronchial stenosis were selected.They were given bronchoscopic balloon dilatation therapy,then we observed the short-term and long-term therapeutic effect.Results:Most of the patients obtained ideal therapeutic effects after treatment.After followed-up for 9 months,there were 70% patients improved or recovered.Conclusion:Transbronchial balloon dilation in the treatment of tuberculous bronchial stenosis has good effect.
