CysC与β2－MG联合检测对诊断HDP患者早期肾损伤的临床价值

摘要

Objective:To discuss the clinical value of CysC and β2-MG combined detection of early kidney damage in diagnosis of patients with the HDP.Methods:40 patients with gestational diabetes were selected as the study group.40 normal pregnancy people were selected at the same time as the control group.During pregnancy 32~36 weeks,we detected in the two groups of pregnant women serum urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine(CR)and β 2-MG,CysC,and compared the clinical index of examination results and the clinical parameters of the positive rate.Results:The study group of maternal serum urea nitrogen(BUN),Cr,β2-MG, CysC index and the positive rate were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gestational diabetes combined detection of β2-MG,CysC indicators are sensitive indicators of early renal injury,joint detection has important clinical value.%目的：探究妊娠期糖尿病患者联合检测β2-MG及CysC对早期肾损伤的临床价值。方法：收治妊娠期糖尿病患者40例为研究组，同期入选正常妊娠孕妇40例为对照组，于妊娠32～36周检测两组孕妇血清中尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)、β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)、胱抑素C(CysC)指标，比较两组各项临床指标的检查结果及各项临床指标的阳性率。结果：研究组孕妇血清中BUN、Cr、β2-MG、CysC指标及阳性率显著高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：妊娠期糖尿病患者联合检测β2-MG、CysC指标是早期肾功能损伤的敏感指标，联合检测具有重要的临床价值。
