痰热清注射液对支气管哮喘急性发作期伴肺部感染患者的临床疗效观察

摘要

目的：探讨在常规肺部感染治疗的基础上加痰热清注射液治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期伴肺部感染患者的临床效果。方法：收治支气管哮喘急性发作期伴肺部感染患者90例，随机分成对照组和观察组，各45例。两组患者均接受内科常规治疗，观察组在常规治疗基础上加痰热清治疗。比较两组疗效。结果：治疗后两组有效率差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：痰热清注射液可明显降低支气管哮喘急性发作期的炎性反应，控制肺部感染，疗效显著。%Objective:To investigate the effect of tanreqing injection on patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma combined with pulmonary infection tanreqing injection based on the conventional treatment in pulmonary infection.Methods:90 patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma combined with pulmonary infection were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 45 cases in each.All of the patients in the two groups were received conventional treatment in the department of internal medicine,and the observation group also treated with tanreqing injection based on the routine treatment.The effects of two groups were compared.Results:After the treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tanreqing injection can reduce the inflammatory response in acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma significantly,and control of the pulmonary infection,so it has curative effect.
