急性胰腺炎消化内科治疗临床效果分析

摘要

目的：探讨急性胰腺炎消化内科治疗的临床疗效。方法：收治急性胰腺炎患者90例，均采取抗感染、对症支持和抑制消化液分泌等内科治疗。结果：治疗后与治疗前相比疗效显著(P＜0.05)；治疗2周后，WBC、APAcHE-Ⅱ、白蛋白、血淀粉酶均明显低于治疗前(P＜0.05)。结论：急性胰腺炎采用对应的消化内科治疗具有良好的临床效果。%Objective:To investigate the clinical treatment effect on acute pancreatitis in the department of gastroenterology. Methods:90 patients with acute pancreatitis were selected.They adopted anti infection,symptomatic support and inhibit the secretion of digestive juice and other internal medicine treatment.Results:The clinical effect of the treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05);after 2 weeks of treatment,the levels of WBC,APAcHE- II,albumin,and serum amylase were significantly lower than before the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Internal medicine digestion treatment has good clinical effect on acute pancreatitis.
