生理盐水与肝素液用于静脉留置针封管效果的比较

摘要

目的：探讨不同封闭液对患者放置留置针后并发症的影响。方法：收治住院患者136例，随机分为观察组86例和对照组50例，对照组采用肝素液封闭，观察组采用生理盐水封闭，比较两组效果。结果：观察组在出血和回血方面显著优于对照组(P＜0.05)。进一步探索低浓度组(65 U/mL)和高浓度组(130 U/mL)肝素液封管效果后发现，二者在出血及回血方面差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：肝素液封闭留置管相比于生理盐水能显著减少放置后出血及回血的发生，但不同浓度的肝素液的封闭结果未见明显差异。%Objective:To explore the influence of different sealing fluid for the complication in patients after placing indwelling needle.Methods:136 hospitalized patients were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group(86 cases) and the observation group(50 cases).The control group were given heparin for tube sealing,and the observation group were given physiological saline for tube sealin.We compared the effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,bleeding and blood return were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).We further explored the effect of tube sealing with low concentration group(65 U/mL) and high concentration group(130 U/mL),and there was no significant difference in bleeding and blood return of the two groups.Conclusion:Compared with physiological saline,heparin for tube sealing can significantly reduce the bleeding and blood return,but different concentrations of heparin for the tube sealing showed no significant difference.
