庆大霉素治疗慢性胃炎、胃溃疡100例的临床观察分析

Objective:To analyze the clinical treatment effect of chronic gastritis and gastric ulcer.Methods:60 patients with chronic gastritis and 40 patients with gastric ulcer were selected as the gentamicin group,and they were given motilium,gentamicin, omeprazole combined treatment.The same patients were selected as the amoxicillin group,and they were given motilium, amoxicillin,cimetidine combined treatment.The curative effects of two groups were compared.Results:The treatment effect of the gentamicin group was significantly higher than that of the amoxicillin group.Conclusion:Gentamicin in the treatment of chronic gastritis and gastric ulcer has significant curative effect.%目的：分析慢性胃炎、胃溃疡的临床治疗效果。方法：收治慢性胃炎患者60例和胃溃疡患者40例作为庆大霉素组，给予吗叮啉、庆大霉素、奥美拉唑联合治疗；收治同样的患者作为阿莫西林组，给予吗叮啉、阿莫西林、西米替丁联合治疗。对比两组的疗效。结果：庆大霉素组治疗效果明显高于阿莫西林组。结论：庆大霉素治疗慢性胃炎、胃溃疡具有显著疗效。
