丹红注射液联合硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效观察

摘要

目的：探讨丹红注射液联合硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法：回顾分析94例糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床资料。结果：治疗后，治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05)，治疗组正中神经传导速度(MNCV)、腓神经传导速度(SNCV)以及双尺神经传导速度(SCV)均明显高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：丹红注射液联合硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效显著。%Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Dan Hong injection combined with alpha lipoic acid in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:We retrospective analyzed the clinical datas of 94 cases of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Results:After the treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the MNCV,SNCV, SCV of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Dan Hong injection combined with alpha lipoic acid in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy was significant.
