应用大剂量的肾上腺素抢救心脏骤停的临床观察

摘要

目的：探讨应用大剂量的肾上腺素抢救心脏骤停的临床观察。方法：收治心脏骤停患者47例，分为大剂量肾上腺素组和常规剂量组。比较两组疗效。结果：大剂量肾上腺素组的自主循环恢复率及复苏成功率明显高于较常规剂量组(P＜0.01)。结论：大剂量的肾上腺素抢救心脏骤停疗效显著。%Objective:To explore the clinical observation of the application of high-dose epinephrine to rescue cardiac arrest. Methods:47 patients with cardiac arrest were selected.They were divided into the high-dose epinephrine group and the conventional dose group.The effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The spontaneous circulation recovery rate and the recovery success rate of the high-dose epinephrine group were significantly higher than those of the conventional dose group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The high-dose epinephrine in the rescue of cardiac arrest has significant curative effect.
