左室扩大的心功能不全临床病因分析

摘要

Objective:To discuss the clinical etiology of left ventricular enlargement of heart failure.Methods:50 patients with left ventricular enlargement were selected.The clinical data of patients with family history and medical history was investigated and analyzed.Results:50 cases of patients with left ventricular enlargement of heart failure 16 cases,the incidence of 32.0%,and its central function Ⅱ stage of 8 cases,Ⅲ stage of 7 cases,Ⅳ stage of 1 case.Multiple regression logistic regression analysis showed arrhythmia,body mass index and age,leading to cardiac dysfunction occurred independent risk factor (P<0.05).Conclusion:Left ventricular enlargement of heart failure is more common,and we should actively according to the clinical etiology to strengthen control and prevention.%目的：探讨左室扩大的心功能不全临床病因。方法：收治左室扩大患者50例，对患者的临床数据与相关病史、家族史进行调查分析。结果：50例左室扩大患者发生心功能不全16例，发生率32.0%，其中心功能Ⅱ级8例，Ⅲ级7例，Ⅳ级1例。多元回归Logistic回归分析结果显示心律失常、体重指数与年龄是导致心功能不全发生的独立危险因素(P＜0.05)。结论：左室扩大的心功能不全比较常见，要积极根据临床病因加强控制与预防。
